Privacy Policy for Google Ads Integration

Last updated: March 23, 2026

1. Overview

Leadypi provides a lead management platform that integrates with Google Ads accounts using Google's OAuth 2.0 authentication. This policy explains how we access, use, store, and protect Google user data obtained through this integration.

2. Data Accessed from Google

When a user connects their Google Ads account to Leadypi, we request access to the following data via the Google Ads API:

  • Google Ads account identifiers (such as customer ID and account name)
  • Lead Form Extension data including submitted lead details (name, email, phone number, and custom fields)
  • Associated campaign and form metadata required to process leads

We do not access unrelated Google account data such as Gmail content, contacts, or personal profile data.

3. How We Use Google User Data

  • To retrieve leads submitted through Google Ads Lead Form Extensions
  • To display and manage leads within the Leadypi dashboard
  • To enable users to follow up and manage leads effectively

Leadypi does not create, edit, or delete Google Ads campaigns or modify account settings.

4. Data Sharing

Leadypi does not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties. Data is used strictly within the platform to provide lead management functionality.

5. Data Storage & Protection

Google user data retrieved through the Google Ads API is securely stored on our servers. We implement industry-standard security practices including encryption, secure APIs, and access controls to prevent unauthorized access.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Lead data is retained only as long as necessary to provide our services. Users may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

7. OAuth & User Consent

Users explicitly grant permission to access their Google Ads data through Google's OAuth consent screen. Users may revoke access at any time via their Google Account permissions page.

8. Limited Use Compliance

Leadypi’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide user-facing functionality and do not use it for advertising, profiling, or resale.
